2 New Groups starting in January 2013!

 

FINDING EMOTIONAL BALANCE

Are you seeking more emotional balance in your everyday life? This group focuses on understanding and managing difficult and turbulent emotions like sadness, fear, frustration and generally feeling overwhelmed.

 

Enrollment is limited and all participants must be 18 years of age or older. Deadline to register is February 5, 2013.

 

Begins: February 6, 2013

Meets: Wednesdays, 6-7:30pm

Duration: 6 weeks

Cost: $60 for six sessions

BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS

Are you interested in building a strong relationship with a romantic partner, friends or family members? The Building Strong Relationships group will help you learn keys to healthy and strong relationships and how you can apply them to your life.

 

Enrollment is limited and all participants must be 18 years of age or older. Deadline to register is January 25, 2013.

 

Begins: January 28, 2013

Meets: Mondays, 6-7:30pm

Duration: 6 weeks

Cost: $60 for six sessions
