Hosford Clinic - Fees and Apointments

Fees

The standard fee is $100/50 minute session and the standard intake fee (2-3 hours) is $200. The Hosford Clinic accepts payment in the form of check or credit card. There is a sliding fee scale available and the fees are adjusted based on annual income and number of dependents. The sliding scale ranges from $20 to $100 per 50 minute session and from $30 to $200 per intake.

 

Faculty Clinicians

The standard fee is $200/session; however, there is a sliding scale available that ranges from $75-200/session. Fees are set according to annual income, with the lowest possible fee being $75/session.

 

Appointments

The Hosford Clinic offers afternoon and evening appointments (scheduled on the hour). To schedule an appointment please call (805) 893 – 8064. Please refer to our How to Get Help page for the intake procedure.

 

Cancellation/No show policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call (805) 893-8064, day or night. If we are closed, please leave us a message. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the session fee. If your clinician misses or cancels a session without advance notice and you cannot be seen, you will receive a future session at no cost.
