Diversity and Equity Committee
Mission Statment
Given the current economic climate in the university and constraints on the budget, the committee is currently focusing its efforts on fostering an energetic multicultural community that:
----------Enriches understanding of diverse perspectives
----------Enhances effectiveness in the classroom and the community
----------Increases the success of recruitment and retention goals
And achieves these aims through systemic change.
