Teacher Candidate Credential Portfolio

Critical to the credential portfolio process are a series of professional growth conferences that take place across the preparation year.  These conferences provide candidates with opportunities for reflection and conversation about their growing understanding of what constitutes good teaching in relation to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP) and the Teacher Performance Expectations (TPEs).  Based on this reflection and conversation, teacher efficacy is determined and ongoing professional growth goals are established.
