For Human Subjects protocols, the GGSE Research Office acquires Department Head's signature and submits the original to the Office of Research.
- The GGSE Research Office assists with the transition to the new web-based application module (Office of Research Application for the use of Human Subjects; ORahs) that opened in May 2009.
- The GGSE Research Office keeps approved protocols on file until they can be legally destroyed.
